Had nail builder gel and colour removed to give my nails a test. I was really impressed with the strength and health of my nails once the gel was removed. This treatment definitely helped my nails to grow and look amazing. My back neck and shoulder massage was deeply relaxing and relieved tension and knots across my shoulders, tops of my arms and my back. Sukhi paid particular attention to my spine and neck where my muscles were very tight.

Tuner and Tams were recommended to me and I can’t fault the service. The staff are welcoming and attentive. My balayage looks great and a great level of attention and detail was taken for my manicure and gel design. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely thrilled with my manicure, Sukhi worked an absolute miracle with my nails giving good advice about how to look after them. She advised me not to have gel on my toenails this time to give them a rest and recovery period. However I was delighted with the extra attention spent on my feet with exfoliation and massage, finishing with a pampering moisturiser. I am looking forward to the Indian Head Massage that I have booked with Sukhi, I am sure it will be excellent based on the foot massage I have benefitted from. Thank you Sukhi! :D

Had the most wonderful luxury pedicure with callus peel and heated boots my feet look the best they have in years! Manicure with biab gel - my nails look fab. And Hollywood wax was professional and hardly hurt, happy with result.

Kelly is very professional and always makes my nails look amazing!! Best nail technician in Eastleigh/Chandlers Ford area. Can’t recommend her enough!! She provides a quality touch to nails.

Always amazing nails

I have never had so many compliments in my life. A stranger even stopped me in a shop to tell me they liked my lashes! If I had more than 600 characters I would write an essay titled "Why you should use Hidden Gem for all your beauty needs" Get your lashes done! (Or brows. Or nails. Or waxing.)

Absolutely Fabulous. Kelly is amazing , had a pedicure and foot massage . So relaxing and nails great too. Also had an eyebrows,lip and chin wax and now I feel great and the results are just perfect. I am back in 2 weeks … certainly recommend Kelly.

Kelly is absolutely amazing, her attention to detail , and at the same time bubbly and chatty, always greeted with a lovely smile and a wonderful cup of tea. I have had my nails done , had a pedicure, and facial waxing. All amazing. 🤩 I would definitely recommend Kelly and I have already booked in, in two weeks time and again 2 weeks after.
