I've been feeling really frustrated with my weight loss journey recently after maintaining a 4 stone loss for around a year. I reached out to Gemma feeling quite fed up and unsure what to do next. Gemma took the time to listen, understand how I was feeling, and talk through my options without any judgement. We’ve made some adjustments to my plan and I already feel much more positive and motivated. What I appreciated most was feeling heard and supported. I have had another really proactive meeting with Gemma today. I always feel so "looked after", as Gemma is so helpful and caring around everything i ask her and is totally positive and very helpful to me on my maintainance journey. Gemma is very helpful and easy to talk to, i dont think there is anything i couldnt ask. Gemma is so experienced and is an organised person she keeps you very focused. Just had my first call with Gemma. She put me at ease immediately with starting the plan. She was amazing, so positive and upbeat. I was secretly stalking her on Instagram for a year but now she is officially my 1:1 diet consultant, Yay!
