Gemma was So friendly, calm and kind. It honestly felt like I was talking to my friend! Helping with all the tips and making me feel comfortable. She was so supportive and I don’t think I would’ve got a better coach than Gemma herself! I can’t wait to see what this journey brings for me with the support of Gemma! She is a star!

I can’t imagine anyone not succeeding on their weight loss journey with Gemma as their consultant.. Always takes such a personal interest without pressure..and keeps it real…I’ve personally never experienced this level of help on any other attempt at losing weight.. feel like I’m finally on the right track..Thank you Gemma..👍

Having Gemma as my consultant for the 1:1 diet was a real find for me…She has a unique way of motivating with no pressure or judgment..I have been dieting on and off for years..but this is the first time for me that it doesn’t feel like a punishment. Gemma is absolutely brilliant! I’ve lost 2 stone on the 1:1 Diet so far, and I truly couldn't have done it without her. She has guided me every step of the way, always being there whenever I need support. She even helped me navigate a holiday to ensure I stayed accountable, and her ongoing encouragement keeps me going. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Gemma and to have her by my side on this journey. She has truly helped me turn my life around by breaking my bad food and exercise habits. I love my weekly catch ups with Gemma - this week we talked about how far I’ve come (20months on plan, 6st 6lb down!) and how/why this time was different after years of yo-yo’ing. Gemma’s style of not over complicating, brilliant cheerleading/coaching and sharing all her wisdom & experience is what has kept me going slow and steady. I could not be more grateful! If you’re unsure or putting off starting on plan - just do it! Don’t overthink it, there will be no perfect time to start and the benefits will be endless! Xx

I’ve lost a total of 10 stone, with over 2 stone using The One to One Diet. With Gemma’s support and guidance, I worked through the steps and have maintained my weight loss for almost 3 years. The products are excellent, providing all essential nutrition, keeping me full, energised and on track. At my goal weight of 54kg my GP bloods were excellent, confirming I was well nourished. I feel healthier, more confident, and have had many compliments, often told I look years younger. I’m incredibly grateful for the transformation and ongoing support from Gemma and the One to One diet in maintenance.
