First time visit for a relax and cut. Couldn't ask for a better experience. She took time to ask about my hair, made suggestions. Really friendly which put me at ease straight away. More importantly I loved my haircut, was just perfect. Looking forward to my next visit.

As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

I had my hair cut, dried and styled today by Aroug, she was so lovely and spoke through the process before she did anything. She did a great job on my hair and will definitely be returning. My hair wash was done by another stylist a lady called Heather who also did such a thorough job while other staff was offering hot drinks. Great experience overall

This was my first time having my hair done with Jessi, but it was such a lovely experience. She, and everyone else in the salon, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Jessi listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, and styled it lovely. I left there feeling so confident and beautiful with my hair! First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing. Thank you so much!
