Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Fantastic as usual, I have been coming to Maya for years. Her skill and attention to detail is great, she even mixed a nail gel to match my lipstick! Had a beautiful manicure and pedicure and now I feel holiday ready.

I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent nail technician. Chloe is very knowledgeable and takes time to look after your nails. She can paint any design you ask for taking time to ensure it is perfect. She has an excellent range of colours and is skilled at strengthening your nails with BISB. I’ve been to several nail technicians now and Chloe is bar far the best. I’d definitely recommend her!

I had the Japanese Manicure at Inaru and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look so healthy with the most beautiful natural shine, no gel or acrylic needed. The attention to detail was incredible and it never felt rushed completely different from a typical salon visit. Even the little touches were lovely, the matcha from the drinks menu was so good. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Ellen is not only a lovely person but extremely talented and knowledgeable. These kind of advanced nail technicians are very rare and hard to find. Her Experience, attention to detail and the caring for your natural nails is why I highly recommend Ellen’s Nail Studio. If you looking for a high end service at a reasonable price then this is your place. I received a BIAB manicure and a luxury pedicure which were both the best I have ever had. I was recommended Simona by my beauty therapist and it was my first visit today. Simona is precise and conscientious and it pays off as her work is absolutely amazing. The nail art she produced is outstanding and more importantly, the quality of my nails are perfect. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and didn't rush me or get fed up with me not being able to make decisions. Genuinely the best nail experience I've had.

I can’t recommend Maya at Essence & Co enough! She always does an amazing job and is happy to take on the challenging nail designs I bring her. At my first appointment, my nails were very fragile after chemotherapy, but she was so reassuring, gentle and professional. Thanks to her care, my nails are now healthy and beautiful.
