I went to Lumi for the first time and had a hair cut with Tom, he was so attentive and asked me about my hair routine/best way for me to maintain my hair if I wanted to grow it and keep it hydrated and moisturised. I like a hairstylist who imparts their knowledge and recommendations rather than me looking at Pinterest for a picture. In the end, we went for a drastic bob which I loved and a fusion dosage which left my hair feeling healthy and moisturised after all the bleach damage I had. Look forward to coming back in the near future 🧡

I booked with Lera for a wash, cut and blowdry, supervised by senior stylist Demi. I was delighted with my hair at the end of the appointment - it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent and Lera was super friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. Especially as Lera is an older apprentice, this felt like an absolute bargain and I’ll definitely be back! 100% would recommend.

Went to Blacc & Blonde to get my hair coloured and I’m so impressed! Qudsia was amazing, she managed to get my hair to a colour I’ve never been able to achieve before. The whole team were lovely, really welcoming and professional. I left feeling great and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Jordan gave me the exact result that I wanted! Honestly, he is by far the best hair colourist I’ve been to. He is very attentive and listens to what you want and gives you honest advice. Will be recommending him to everyone.

Fantastic service by Azariah, she is very supportive in explaining hair care and recommending treatments that are in her clients best interests. She also always has a stocked up complimentary snack jar & has a very friendly demeanour. I would 1000% recommend her services if you’re looking for any braiding styles (which is what I get) & her prices are also very reasonable

I’ve been getting my hair dyed blonde by him for a while now, and every single time I walk out of the salon, I feel amazing. He knows exactly how to get the perfect tone and always makes sure my hair stays healthy and vibrant. If you’re thinking of colouring your hair (especially going blonde), I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s simply the best!
