This was my first time experiencing this facial, and I absolutely loved it. She has such a gentle and soft touch, and her technique is excellent. She is truly very good at what she does.. Definitely will book and recommend xx

I came for a perm and I was so pleased. Yaz was so kind and professional in guiding me from start to finish on how to maintain my curls and which aftercare I should use. Loved the vibe in the salon!

Leo is absolutely incredible with hair. She gave me the best blow-dry I’ve ever had, and it lasted for days. She also styled my daughter’s hair, and the curls stayed perfect for over three days. Truly amazing! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Always an absolute pleasure to see Megan, she has been cutting my autistic daughter’s hair for a while and is the only person who P feels comfortable with - that speaks volumes! I highly recommend her for cut and colour.

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!
