Steph has been amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing throughout the appointment and made sure my fragile, highlighted hair was protected every step of the way. I had a fantastic experience at Studio SS. From the moment I walked in, Sophia and Kamania made me feel welcome and relaxed. It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience!
