Steph has been amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing throughout the appointment and made sure my fragile, highlighted hair was protected every step of the way. It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

Great as always. Steph listens to what I want and gives me that unless she feels it isn’t right for me and we will discuss a way forward. Cuts my hair beautifully and always does the colouring the way I like it

Stephanie and Demi were just lovely. Loved the caring and professional services , friendly chat and just calm space which was much needed after months of not being able to give my hair some much needed TLC. Really appreciated the plan we have to get my hair back to ultimate health. A really lovely first time experience. Already booked in for the next. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Studio SS :)
