I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. I had a wonderful experience with Lee today. I had a blowdry and curls which were done skilfully to last as my hair often falls after being blow-dried. I also have a beautiful daughter who is almost one and was not only kindly accommodated but also included and made feel comfortable the whole time. This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!
