Amazing as always. I had some shoulder stifness and Lindsay did Reiki and Acupuncture. I felt so relaxed and had immediate relief from the stiffness. Will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend.

I attended Breathe and Bloom for a combined acupuncture and reiki session to deal with some lower back pain. The treatment room is so calming and peaceful and the session was amazing. I have just had my second pregnancy acupuncture session with Lindsay to help with anxiety about giving birth and to help with labour. After both sessions I have left feeling calm, relaxed and reassured. Lindsay always makes me feel at ease and I like how each session is personal and bespoke. Linsays place is a little sanctuary of paradise where you come away feeling totally clear headed and healed. I love my monthly sessions where I can go and just chill. Lindsay has really helped with my monthly cycle, I used to have such heavy debilitating periods but now due to the acupuncture have become normal and light which means I get on with life again. Xx
