I had a bespoke facial today with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing. We did hydro and micro needling after asking my main skin concerns. She informed me of why she had chosen each stage, the benefits and explained how each step worked. She also gave some fab longer term skin care advice! I knew I was booking with her again after about 10minutes! I can see instant results so look forward to the next few weeks!

I have just finished my course of 3 micro-needling sessions with Alex. Alex made me feel so comfortable from the start , it can be very hard, intimidating for me to allow anyone to see my skin . He made it really clear from the start, outlined what would be happening . Alex salon is spotless. On top of this the treatments have been so good.professional and pleasant at all times. Alex explained how the importance of good skincare at home, he provided me with starter kit to take away with clear instructions. The MediMd products have made such a difference I’m so happy.
