I recently had a Reiki session with Michaela and it's been a really positive experience. I felt at ease and welcome from the start, and the session gave me the opportunity to properly switch off. Michaela creates a really calm environment and having left, I'm feeling clearer headed and balanced. I’d definitely recommend Michaela to anyone looking to take some time to reset. Will definitely return - and great to have this so local in Pontefract.

Adele is so accommodating. I wanted a baby bump facial instead of a pregnancy massage as I get ticklish with massages and she literally went to get things for me so I could get myself pampered. I’ve been twice now and it’s so relaxing it’s really what I need for a calm down. You should really give it a go if you’re having a baby bump go treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

First Facial Ever! I’ve been coming to Jennifer for a while now and kept seeing her posts about how amazing the facials were—so I finally decided to try one for myself, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! It was such a pleasure to meet Chelle, another fantastic member of the brilliant House of Rose team. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm personality really shone through. Thank you so much, Chelle—my skin feels absolutely fabulous, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment in four weeks!

Simply amazing. I was a little anxious not having had a facial treatment of this kind for so long and being over 60 - I shouldn't have been because Adele was so kind. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. I've not felt so relaxed for years and my skin already feels superb. Just going to book in my next visit now. I've just had a great experience at Headhunters, Pontefract. Charlotte is lovely she made me feel comfortable, my hair looks great, I'm very pleased with it. The energy of the salon is clean and modern. (9.15am, Friday 28th November '25.)

I’ve had a course of laser hair removal due to facial hair caused by PCOS and underarms laser aswell and I’m finally free from shaving those areas. The Treatment is very quick and almost painless. I’m over the moon with results and I couldn’t recommend this place enough for it! I will definitely come back for other areas of my body doing! Definitely money well spent.

I had the glow back ritual and facial today along with acrylic overalls. The glow back and facial was amazing and my skin feels so soft after desperately needing some tlc that’s exactly what my skin got today, I feel so relaxed. My nails are as perfect as ever I absolutely love them I wouldn’t go anywhere else all the girls are fantastic in what they do and always friendly with a good giggle which is what we all need after the last 15 months xx

As always Amelia who cut my hair did a brilliant job and did exactly as I'd asked. All the staff are so friendly and the salon is beautiful. Was my 2nd time at Headhunters, Pontefract. I rang for an appointment and they got me in the very next day. Very impressed. Can highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
