"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

I had a very satisfying session again. I went with severe pack pain that even affecting my breathing. With Anastasia’s knowledge and and experience she explained what is causing and after the message I came out with less pain. Her suggestion of after exercises I managed to begin to do my daily life. I highly recommended for people who is suffering long term pain like back pain and specially plantar fasciitis ( which that is why I mainly go to her). Since I have been going Ana I have reduced my pain killers in take 80 pecent.

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

Been a reg client for about 4 months now recently I had a injury (plantar fasciitis) and what a difference Paige as made to my recovery ( red light therapy, cupping , acupuncture and message spread across the sessions )Paige knowledge is another level and explains everything regarding after care away from lumi healing . 1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . After 15 years of dull, heavy aches since 2011, I had accepted pain as normal. At 37, my mobility was worsening despite trying therapists, chiropractors, and doctors. Meeting Anastasia changed everything. Her professional, intuitive approach identified and released deep tension others missed. Amazing session as always. I can now come every 5-6 weeks instead of 4 as the lower back pain I’ve suffered from for years has is finally being kept at bay for longer with these maintenance sessions. Paige is great and explains everything throughout.

The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

Paige is an amazing acupuncturist—she’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how everything works and what you’re feeling during the treatment. She creates such a calming, comfortable environment that I usually end up falling asleep! I felt the benefits immediately, and this is now my second session with her. I’ve also had other treatments, including a lymphatic massage post-op, and the results were incredible. Highly recommend!
