I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. Done such a great job diagnosing and helping fix my injuries. The recommended stretches and strengthening exercises have been recusing my aches and pains week on week, along with the massages during the appointments.

What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

This was my first time trying some of the therapies so I was a little nervous initially. Karen put my mind at ease with her knowledge, expertise and reassurance. I was then so relaxed and at ease and I especially loved the cryotherapy, I felt absolutely amazing after I’d left. My body felt lighter from the Body Balancer, my skin was glowing after the Dermalux treatment and the sauna was super chilled and I enjoyed watching Netflix as well - what a great bonus! I can highly recommend Cryo Revive and if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular customer.

I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly.
