I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

Sara is amazing, I’ve been coming to Sara for 3 years and even though I’ve moved out of London I have my monthly appointments with her in the diary! I completely trust Sara with my hair. Her bouncy blow-dry is great and lasts the whole weekend. From balayage to growing out my grey with care Sara has nailed my colour every time. My hair washes and dries beautifully after a bi-monthly cut with Sara—I can’t recommend her enough!! 💆🏻‍♀️💓👌🏼

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather.
