I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, great communication on WhatsApp and best assessment and finally best sports treatment service you can ever get. Your wbidy will be reset from many years of overuse and injury. If you are in Pain then go see Fares at Clinic 31 to get your physio done with him. Very polite and friendly you gonna enjoy the session.

Amazing! I booked in for a friend and myself to have the Massage and Reiki. Caroline was so lovely, we both loved our massages and would 100% come back. Neither of us had Reiki before but both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt super grounded and relaxed after. Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.

Great session! Isaac is super professional, will talk through and make sure the pressure isn't painful, and explain as he went. He made sure to take the time to know my needs and where I needed the most attention, he listened and was attuned to all non verbal queues of pain or discomfort and adjusted accordingly, kept me informed of why certain parts hurt more than others and showed me exercises before I left for continuous improvement. Would definitely recommend!

Valentina was fantastic. Professional, understanding and informative. Highly recommend! She read my consultation form in detail ahead of the session and discussed my body clearly and concisely with me before, during and after the massage. As well as relieving some back pain for me, Valentina also gave me a variety of pointers to go out and use in day to day life including exercises, approaches to form and things to remember which all came from a place of someone who gave the impression they genuinely cared about me and my body and the problems I've been having. 10/10 :)

Explained the process and benefits of hyperbaric oxygen chamber made sure I understood everything. Very helpful and always there if you need help . Highly recommend! 3rd session WILL be rebooking ! 👍🏾

Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days

I was suffering too much pain on lower back but Alhamdulellah when I had done massage I feel so good thanks from clinic 31 31 and specially from Farsi brother

40 sessions of hbot completed feel a lot better than when first started and to my surprise blood pressure down to 117/78 never known it since my 40s Thanks Symon and Dan.

Caroline your hands have once again have performed magic!! I could walk down the stairs with no pain when I left you. A million thanks xx
