Upon entering the establishment I received a warm welcome. The ambience that was created by the music had a calming effect from the moment I walked in. I have started going to Miceala since the start of the year and she is the absolute best. She is the sweetest soul, always making sure I am comfortable and okay, she is extremely professional and I always walk out there hairless like a baby. She also gives the world’s best most relaxing massages. 100/10 would recommend Miceala!

I had a wonderful experience with Riana. The moment I step into the salon and she introduced herself and greeted me with a handshake, I knew I was in good hands. It was the first time that I was offered a chair instead of the usual bed and that made a big difference. Her experience and care is seen in her attention to detail and little things that she do i.e. putting powder on my feet so that it doesn't slip in my shoe. I felt so at ease with Riana and would recommend her anytime. Big shout out to Riana💐

As always, one is received with a welcoming smile and led to the chair. Work on the nails start immediately, without interruptions. Professional, yet empathetic. Nails result in a perfect set, with exactly the colour as envisaged. I cannot see myself visiting any other Salon than Options.
