I booked Jayde Spa for a weekend with my mum and sister and booked a treatment each with Keji. She was so attentive and kind, we all came back to the pool so relaxed. I’d recommend her to anyone thinking of booking a treatment! Thank you again for looking after us Keji!

I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment room is always calm, private, and relaxing, and I really look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend!

I try to visit Jess for my head spa each month. I find it so relaxing and today was a particularly stressful day but I left feeling calm and rejuvenated. Can’t recommend the Rosemary treatment enough. My scalp and hair feel amazing. Everyone should give this a try

Absolutely amazing experience at Mind and Mane today. Jess is incredibly gifted and I came away feeling totally relaxed. The rosemary head spa treatment is outstanding and I could not recommend this enough. Will 100% be returning

Absolutely gorgeous facial with Shim. It was so relaxing and therapeutic in a gorgeous, chilled, environment. The heated bed made it extra relaxing and I loved the no talking rule. Highly recommend!

I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. The zen hair spa was amazing, my therapist was Olivia and she was amazing, also after my session I met Lois who was so sweet and kind. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would love to come back🫶🏻

I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I left feeling completely refreshed and genuinely happy with the results. Will definitely be going back!! ✨

If I could give this more stars I would, I am someone who really struggles to relax (tried everything) but this was simply stunning. The sensory input, smells touch and sounds all led to an absolutely blissful treatment. I couldn’t have asked for better.

I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

Been to Zen clinic a few times for different treatments. Lovely relaxing and very welcoming space. Clinic is spotless airy and bright. I always look and feel great after my visit. Looking forward to my next treatment In a few weeks.

Connie did an amazing job, it was my first ever Japanese head spa and I’ve never felt so relaxed. Lovely staff and set up, particularly liked the chance to dry and style your own hair at the end.
