I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment room is always calm, private, and relaxing, and I really look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend!

It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. The zen hair spa was amazing, my therapist was Olivia and she was amazing, also after my session I met Lois who was so sweet and kind. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would love to come back🫶🏻

I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

LOUIS 💓 is usually my goto hair growth guru. Suffering with alopecia its hard to be authentic but Lois has given me amazing results so much so I am now more confident to be myself and today gorgeous SUMMER 💓 was given my follicly challenged head to work on. Laura was amazing! Probably the cosiest place I’ve ever been for a facial and a chemical peel. Made me feel really comfortable and didn’t feel rushed at all… some salons can make you feel rushed at times but Laura took her time really recommend!

Had a lovely treatment from Summer, all done as a luxury treatment should be. I had the head spa, it was a nice treatment bit personally for me it was just a glorified hair wash, I did assume there would be more massage, so personally I felt the treatment was very expensive for what it is. Not the salon or therapists fault just my opinion on the treatment. I do feel a massage or facial would be really good at this spa and the little details are lovely. Don't loose the personal touch well done x
