I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I left feeling completely refreshed and genuinely happy with the results. Will definitely be going back!! ✨

Had a really lovely experience at the Growth and wellness spa, I had the most amazing facial, the ambiance in the room was so relaxing I didn't want my facial to end, the girls are so warm and welcoming! Even when my treatment had finished I was offered herbal tea, thank you so much for a much needed bit of me time!

I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment room is always calm, private, and relaxing, and I really look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

Laura was amazing! Probably the cosiest place I’ve ever been for a facial and a chemical peel. Made me feel really comfortable and didn’t feel rushed at all… some salons can make you feel rushed at times but Laura took her time really recommend!
