I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment room is always calm, private, and relaxing, and I really look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend!

It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. The zen hair spa was amazing, my therapist was Olivia and she was amazing, also after my session I met Lois who was so sweet and kind. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would love to come back🫶🏻

I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. Absolutely gorgeous facial with Shim. It was so relaxing and therapeutic in a gorgeous, chilled, environment. The heated bed made it extra relaxing and I loved the no talking rule. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.
