The shop has a lovely calm atmosphere. Hiral did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, really took her time with the threading and got them into great shape. She listened to my request for the colour and gave me exactly what i wanted. I am so pleased thank you, i'll be back.

Jess was so lovely. This was the first time I’d been here and had this type of treatment (brow lamination and LVL lashes) she was reassuring and friendly and it was actually really relaxing. She explained why would happen and after care and I will definitely be back as I love the result!

Had my eyebrows threaded here for the first time with Hiral and was amazed by the result. She was so kind and got the job done quickly.

Jo is very experienced and although it was the hottest day of the year, she ploughed through and created the perfect set of natural wispy hybrid lashes for me. Podcast playing was unusual for me but I did actually enjoy it and it was funny. The UV light used was also a new experience but really helped with my sensitive eyes, no glue fumes! Will be back for my infill and see how they hold (I suffer with retention due to my job).

She’s always tailored appointments to my lash needs, I have bad habit of picking when my anxiety gets bad, Jo was so supportive and I have always left with fresh beautiful lashes! I was made to feel at ease. My lashes now last way beyond what they ever have! I have had a few different styles for different occasions and Jo always happily surpasses my expectations!
