My eyebrows looked absolutely AMAZING when Sharon did them! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better, I was a little nervous as I haven’t had great experiences with previous brow techs, but Sharon made me feel comfortable and confident with what I was having done. 10/10 would recommend, definitely coming again!

Ive tried lots of places to get my eye lash extensions done, all of which kept stinging my eyes like crazy. I love the way Phillipa does my lashes and I get no irritation! Wish I found her sooner 😊

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! Tash is so lovely!! Sharon is so talented and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She’s also a lovely person who makes you feel so comfortable. I always look forward to getting my brows done and receive lots of compliments afterwards on them.

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

I had my eyelashes and eyebrows done by Phillippa, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks so natural, exactly what I wanted. I’ve had so many compliments, people can tell something’s different, but they can’t quite figure out what… which says it all! She has amazing attention to detail and really knows how to create a subtle, polished look. I’ve already recommended her to friends, and they’re now going to her as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural finish!
