So pleased I found Auriela to start my nail journey. Felt so comfortable as she is both a professional and a perfectionist. Very happy with my nails and can't wait for next time when my natural nails are a bit longer. Thank you and 100% recommend.

Always feel a bit nervous when visiting a new place for the first time but the staff were all very friendly & the atmosphere was very calm. Tracy was chatty & made me feel at ease whilst also making sure my nails were just what I was looking for. I'm really pleased with them ~ thank you.

Lovely little set up Sophie has. She’s polite and chatty. I had French gel nails and toes and a pedicure. Love them. Will definitely use her again.

First time using Defined Studio. I will be returning as Ellie was calm, polite & friendly. Plus my nails enjoyed a great manicure & gel treatment. She has a great selection of gel colours, so I was able to choose one exactly to match my outfit for the birthday party I’m going to. I recommend a visit to Defined Studio.

Lovely lady. Off road parking!prompt and perfect time management. That’s a big thing for me. Friendly, beautiful studio Excellent shaping and beautiful nails over all. HIGHLY recommend! I can’t wait to try more treatments. 💕

Excellent service from Lynsey! She is very professional, friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. My massage was relaxing and de-stressing, then I had a facial and my face has never felt so soft in a long time! Having my hair played with was so soothing and enjoyable. She also painted my nails lovely. She is easy to converse with and it feels homely and comfortable, it was a personalised experience, and not like a clinical 'salon' where I would feel self-conscious. I am very happy with the treatment I had today and I would highly recommend Lynsey! Thank you so much! :)

Ellie is very professional & I’m really pleased with my nails. Comparing visits to other salons over the years, she is definitely the best at gel nails. They lasted over a month last time with no chipping! Most salons I’ve been lucky for them to last a week without chipping. Visit Ellie & you’ll be amazed at her brilliant work.
