Amazing as always. Can never fault Tayla for how she does my hair, listens intently to what I want but also advises me on what would suit my hair type etc. My hair is in such good condition and I love how blonde it’s become. My experience was positive! I’ve never had a wax before and had really worked it up in my head that it was going to be awful. The lady doing my wax (Annabel I think?) was lovely and calming. Chatted me through what was going on as well as chatting to take my mind off it. Would recommend to other people! (Maybe would like to be able to find some advice on recommended prepping before the appointment some where on Fresha - aside from 4 weeks minimum growth, but not essential!)
