It was my first visit and I will definitely return. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable as soon as the door was opened. I had booked a gel manicure and I was very fortunate that I was able to have a gel Polish on my toes too. Huge thanks Lynsey, you are a star. See you again Jackie

I’ve been getting my microneedling and facials done by Klaudija for months now as well as my korean lash lifts and my skin has never been better!! 😍 i will never stop coming for my regular derma planing and BIAB by Rebecca 🥰 my nails have grown so much and kept such good strength until my next appointment x lovely girls and 10/10 services - deffo recommend ❤️

First time using Defined Studio. I will be returning as Ellie was calm, polite & friendly. Plus my nails enjoyed a great manicure & gel treatment. She has a great selection of gel colours, so I was able to choose one exactly to match my outfit for the birthday party I’m going to. I recommend a visit to Defined Studio.

Lauren is very welcoming and her studio was lovely and cool! She asks you your preferences. and spends a lot of time ensuring you are happy with the shape and length of your nails and she has a multitude of colours to choose from. I am very pleased with my nails and I can recommend a pedicure. The massage and refreshing lotions were very welcome in this heat.

Excellent service from Lynsey! She is very professional, friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. My massage was relaxing and de-stressing, then I had a facial and my face has never felt so soft in a long time! Having my hair played with was so soothing and enjoyable. She also painted my nails lovely. She is easy to converse with and it feels homely and comfortable, it was a personalised experience, and not like a clinical 'salon' where I would feel self-conscious. I am very happy with the treatment I had today and I would highly recommend Lynsey! Thank you so much! :)

Ellie is very professional & I’m really pleased with my nails. Comparing visits to other salons over the years, she is definitely the best at gel nails. They lasted over a month last time with no chipping! Most salons I’ve been lucky for them to last a week without chipping. Visit Ellie & you’ll be amazed at her brilliant work.
