Lam removed a set of BIAB applied by another salon with ease, she did it so gently and my natural nails were in a great condition due to her care when doing the removal. I had a BIAB overlay with french tips and they’re lovely! She is such a nice person always ensures I’m happy with the shape design and colour. Very hospitable always offering refreshments when I’ve visited her, this is my second time seeing Lam and I have rebooked for an infill, I’d recommend thai touch to my family and friends :)

Such a lovely experience coming to get my nails done here. I always come away happy with my nails - the attention to detail and care is better than any naill salon I've ever visited. It's such a nice, easy atmosphere and Pla and her team are so lovely to be around. Looking forward to coming back next time 🌟

Unbelievable experience with Charlotte. First time client with Charlotte after having issues with my previous nail salon. Charlotte was friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease despite my anxieties. The service was exceptional, my nails have never felt healthier. I can't wait to come for in-fills😍thank you so much!

I had my nails done at this salon for the first time today, and I’m beyond impressed. My nail technician was incredibly talented, gentle, and precise. Her attention to detail was next-level, and the nail art she created was absolutely stunning—exactly what I had envisioned, if not better. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows. I felt totally relaxed and well taken care of throughout. I’ve finally found my go-to place—highly recommend!

Chad is just amazingly talented. I leave super happy after every visit. The whole salon is so relaxing and all the nail techs are friendly, welcoming and know how to keep conversation and laughs going.
