The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

I had booked in for BIAB, but when Anya saw the condition of my natural nails — very thin and damaged — she was so honest and caring. Rather than going ahead with a treatment that wouldn’t have been right, she took the time to explain everything and gave me great advice on how to get my nails back to a healthy place. Even though I didn’t end up having the treatment, she was so lovely, professional, and clearly really knowledgeable. I felt really looked after and appreciated her integrity so much. Highly recommend — especially if you want someone who genuinely cares about nail health!

It was my first visit to the salon today and I was greeted when I came in. Staff were so friendly. Beautifully decorated salon. Lots of choices of colour and the nail art they do is incredible. Joy gave me the perfect pedicure and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. There was a lovely atmosphere in the salon and I’m so pleased with my pedicure that I’ve booked in for my nails and a second pedicure in 4 weeks time! Thank you 🤩

I love coming to this nail salon. Joy always does my nails perfectly and I’m always so happy with them. She’s so kind, friendly and easy to chat to, which makes the whole experience even better. Joy is amazing at what she does and since having them done with Joy, I wouldn’t go anywhere else👏 The salon team, especially Chad and Pla, are all really welcoming and friendly, and I always enjoy my visits. Such a great salon with a wonderful team💅

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

Unbelievable experience with Charlotte. First time client with Charlotte after having issues with my previous nail salon. Charlotte was friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease despite my anxieties. The service was exceptional, my nails have never felt healthier. I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The beutician was very kind, and professional. Highly recommend.
