Accident of broken nail that had to be fixed today walked in to ask if broken nail could be fixed as leaving Cardiff first Thing to morning to travel to important family gathering if not fixed would of been in a lot of pain from nail and missing family funeral as had popped to travel last minute Most great ful staff At infinity had space to accommodate my required repair

So happy with mine and my daughter's nails. Rosie made us feel really welcome and did a beautiful job on our nails. She was really patient when I was trying to decide what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. She was confident at carrying out different nail art. Would highly recommend her.

Initially very happy with my coral tipped nails, thankyou. However after less than 48hrs 3 have lifted along with half the length of the nail. I’ve hardly been in water and no real heat so am now very disappointed. I’ve decided maybe Biab isn’t for me with a busy life.

The professional that done my nails were plesant and gave me advice as to what to do as i never really done my nail before and had no idea what to really do. So thank you ! She was ensuring along the process that i love my nails. And yes i do love them.

Had another lovely appointment with Claire this morning. BIAB nails and spa pedicure and gel polish. Always top quality service in a fantastically relaxed setting. The coffees and chat are great too 🥰

Lisa is so lovely! She provides an amazing, comfortable and chatty service. I’ve just started my BIAB journey and I’m absolutely obsessed with them!! She’s very professional but balances it well with being all you want in a nail tech; a new friend, a therapist and someone to listen and laugh with! Cannot wait to come back❤️❤️

I had both hands and toes done today with Lisa, and the whole process was amazing! Friendly chat over a coffee ... Felt like a therapy session, and perfect fingers and toes (I can't stop looking at them 😍) How she managed to make my finger nails look this good is beyond me as I came with brittle broken nails. But somehow, she worked her magic! Already looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks! Thanks Lisa! 🙏

Had my usual appointment with parisa, but had previously had problem and broken numerous of my acrylic extensions and really far down my nail bed and well I have to say what an amazing job, my own nails are still pretty long, protected and feel and look great, so once again Parisa thankyou so much, amazing job and cannot recommend highly enough.
