Sophia came to my rescue after an unfortunate colour experience with another hairdresser. I am not local to Exeter, as I had travelled down from Kent for my wedding and needed my colour sorted urgently and Sophia managed to fit me in at short notice. Sophia rescued my hair and made it look more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and I was so grateful with how stunning the colour now looks. Thank you so so much! Vicky xx

I hadn't been to a hairdresser in such a long time because of a previous bad experience, so I was really nervous. My sister recommended Sophia, and I'm so glad she did. She was so lovely from the moment I arrived, made me feel completely comfortable, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I'm so happy with my hair, and the whole experience has given me the confidence to go back to a hairdresser again. I had a wonderful first visit and experience at Willow Hair & Wellbeing today. The salon atmosphere is so relaxed and professional, and Darcie did an incredible job with my haircut. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I felt so relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be coming back. What an absolute gem of a find. I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon to anyone.

I can't recommend Sophia highly enough. She is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my hair and preferences. Sophia offered excellent advice and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The results were fantastic, both cut and colour. I left the salon feeling fab. If you're looking for a hairdresser who genuinely listens and delivers results you’ll love, Sophia is the one.

Once again, brilliant work from Abi. Throughout the past 6months Abi has been VERY honest about my hair and I knew it was in bad condition but she’s helped me to slowly pull it back to a better condition. Abi has always given sound advice and options. After around six months patience and trying to improve my hair condition, we finally coloured my hair which was a big step as it’s very different from what I used to have! But…I like it!!! Once again, thank you Abi, you’ve restored my faith in going to the hairdresser which I was actually scared to do from poor experience elsewhere. Thank you! 😊

Sophia was fantastic and we will definitely be returning. My daughter was so happy with her hair. I was blown away with how she managed to fix what another hairdresser had ruined she definitely worked her magic and I cannot thank her enough we have definitely found our forever hairdresser. The salon was clean and tidy and we felt very welcome. We absolutely would recommend.

Had my haircut with natalie and root colour with Abi so happy with the result. Such a lovely salon and made to feel very welcome, the products they used made my hair feel amazing and brought some to take home, so i have that salon finish. Looking forward to my next appointment!
