Sophia came to my rescue after an unfortunate colour experience with another hairdresser. I am not local to Exeter, as I had travelled down from Kent for my wedding and needed my colour sorted urgently and Sophia managed to fit me in at short notice. I hadn't been to a hairdresser in such a long time because of a previous bad experience, so I was really nervous. My sister recommended Sophia, and I'm so glad she did. She was so lovely from the moment I arrived, made me feel completely comfortable, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I'm so happy with my hair, and the whole experience has given me the confidence to go back to a hairdresser again. I can't recommend Sophia highly enough. She is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my hair and preferences. Sophia offered excellent advice and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The results were fantastic, both cut and colour. I left the salon feeling fab. David was great! He was so friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explaining everything he was going to do in detail. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. During the treatment, he talked me through each stage and regularly checked that I was comfortable. I’m so pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. ☺️

I had cheek filler today and was really impressed with the service. Muhid was so knowledgeable, reassuring and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Sophia was fantastic and we will definitely be returning. My daughter was so happy with her hair. I was blown away with how she managed to fix what another hairdresser had ruined she definitely worked her magic and I cannot thank her enough we have definitely found our forever hairdresser. The salon was clean and tidy and we felt very welcome. We absolutely would recommend.
