I am not local to Exeter, as I had travelled down from Kent for my wedding and needed my colour sorted urgently and Sophia managed to fit me in at short notice. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I felt so relaxed and taken care of the entire time.
