I had an amazing experience with Alice! She gave me beautiful layers with bangs, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alice took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. She is incredibly talented, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ve been going to Gents of Brooklyn for 6 years and in my opinion they’re by far the best barbers in Cardiff. You can book in at a time convenient for yourself and they never rush a haircut. They always understand what cut you want and the experience from start to finish is awesome. Can’t recommend them enough!

Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Sian is amazing! I absolutely love my haircut and balayage. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a result even better than I imagined. Stacey is the greatest hairdresser of all time. I have been having my hair cut by Stacey for 10+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have a Bob that requires a skilled precision cut which Stacey does expertly. Additionally, the cut always grows out well so lasts, looking good, until the next cut.

I can highly recommend Alice @hair28, such a friendly atmosphere and she makes you feel so relaxed. She understood my hair and knows how to style without having to pinpoint exactly what needs done- not something I’ve had before. I took my seven year old daughter and she had the best time and quote ‘that’s the best haircut I’ve ever had’ - to note, my daughter won’t let anyone wash her hair but no questions asked this day. Highly recommended and will definitely be my regular hairdresser from now on. Thank you hair@28, faith is restored
