Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

Dr Zhao is a professional and experienced practitioner. She listened and explained, adequately. Will come back for further treatment. So far, at least 70% being better.

Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.

It was my first-ever acupuncture appointment, and I’m so happy to say that Dr. Zhao is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I feel amazing — I came in with very strong upper neck pain, and I already feel so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. It’s absolutely worth the money!

I brought my friend for a consultation to see the therapist Jas. My friend was most impressed with the information and knowledge that Jas has about skin care after given her a scan of her skin on her face and the recommendations of future treatments which will improve her skin. My friend is so pressed that she has cancelled a previous appointment to travel all the way from Hertfordshire to Hayes
