I had my first-ever fat freezing treatment at Shapins Harrow with Niloufar, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire treatment. Niloufar was very professional, explained everything clearly, and gave me lots of helpful aftercare advice to ensure I get the best possible results. This was my first time at the clinic and receiving treatment with Dr Prem. The clinic is really clean and beautiful. Dr Prem was very welcoming and explained the treatment and what would be best for me. I’m happy so far and would definitely go back.

I highly recommend this clinic. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, I had today my second session of Fraxel with DR Rolla, who is a wonderful dermatologist and very friendly. I want to thank her for her good care and concern… Her manner put me at ease and helped me gain confidence. Because of her am doing very well.
