Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. I have been coming to the clinic for sometime now, the staffs are friendly, they treat clients like family and they are very professional. Radhika is excellent at what she does, she is the best, she should get a pay rise and a bonus as she works hard and always has a smile no matter how challenging her job is. I give her 10/10

Fareeda is first class, one of the best, very skilled, highly experienced and such a lovely, kind, friendly lady, you will connect with her the first time you meet. For many, many years I searched for electrolysis treatment and have finally found it at the Diamond Clinic, Harrow Road. The results are so good I want as many people to know about these Diamond clinics, the team, doctors and Fareeda.

It was my first-ever acupuncture appointment, and I’m so happy to say that Dr. Zhao is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I feel amazing — I came in with very strong upper neck pain, and I already feel so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. It’s absolutely worth the money!
