Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I had a wonderful experience with my skin treatment. The clinic has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Ifara and Radhika were both amazing throughout the entire process. A special mention to Dr. Ifara—she is highly skilled, kind, and genuinely caring. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated me with great professionalism and compassion. She is not only an excellent doctor but also a wonderful person. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality skin treatments and exceptional care.

Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.

It was my first-ever acupuncture appointment, and I’m so happy to say that Dr. Zhao is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I feel amazing — I came in with very strong upper neck pain, and I already feel so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. It’s absolutely worth the money!
