Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.

I had a wonderful experience with my skin treatment. The clinic has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Ifara and Radhika were both amazing throughout the entire process. A special mention to Dr. Ifara—she is highly skilled, kind, and genuinely caring. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated me with great professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, I had today my second session of Fraxel with DR Rolla, who is a wonderful dermatologist and very friendly. I want to thank her for her good care and concern… Her manner put me at ease and helped me gain confidence. Because of her am doing very well. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. A consultation for Co2 Laser - My Dr was kind patient and knowledgeable. Fareeda is first class, one of the best, very skilled, highly experienced and such a lovely, kind, friendly lady, you will connect with her the first time you meet. For many, many years I searched for electrolysis treatment and have finally found it at the Diamond Clinic, Harrow Road.
