Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I had a scalp and face PRF session and can already see noticeable results, my skin is brighter and clearer and there is new hair growth after just one session! The clinic is lovely and clean and the ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous. They answered all of my questions in detail and put together a treatment plan addressing all of my concerns. The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs.
