Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Second time going to Alice and I couldn’t be happier! She is incredibly professional, attentive, and really listens to what you want while giving honest advice. I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. Dr Shahin is an excellent doctor and a true professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I had a scalp and face PRF session and can already see noticeable results, my skin is brighter and clearer and there is new hair growth after just one session! The clinic is lovely and clean and the ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous. They answered all of my questions in detail and put together a treatment plan addressing all of my concerns. I had my first visit to an aesthetics clinic for my dark circles, and it was a really positive experience. The consultant was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The consultant explained the causes of my dark circles and went through the treatment options clearly, which helped ease any anxiety I had. The treatment itself was quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. They checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay. Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. The clinic will definitely be my go to for any skin and other needs.

Alice was very professional and knew what she was doing. I was a bit nervous with the Botox but she was very patient and took her time to explain everything. The results are amazing. I had such a lovely experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. I was actually 30 minutes late and quite anxious about it, but they were so kind and reassuring, calming me down with a lovely conversation which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is spotless and very professional.
