My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. Extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much Sarah cannot wait for my next visit.

I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless and the nurse checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. After the session I genuinely felt more energized and hydrated Thank you

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. Russian lip filler and Botox in forehead. Sade is the best in the business - she always gets my lips the exact shape I want and listens when I say I want them to look natural. The clinic is always clean and hygienic. 10/10

The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. The clinic will definitely be my go to for any skin and other needs.

A consultation for Co2 Laser - My Dr was kind patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to go ahead and just have the treatment without knowledge … She was able to explain further and guide me towards a better route of treatment plan, with which, I am more suited for and comfortable with. This is a lovely clinic. Professional and kind staff.

I had such a lovely experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. I was actually 30 minutes late and quite anxious about it, but they were so kind and reassuring, calming me down with a lovely conversation which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is spotless and very professional. I’m already seeing beautiful results immediately after my treatment, which made me so happy, and I’m even more excited to see the final results in two weeks. Highly recommend!
