Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!

I honestly can't recommend Stacey enough. Every massage has made such a difference to how I feel, not just physically but mentally too. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and so much more relaxed than when I arrived. It's amazing how much tension melts away, and I carry that sense of calm with me long after the session. How was my visit? Wow, just so relaxing, Sarah does the most amazing treatments. The only downside is when she goes on holiday and I CAN’T have my monthly visit!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

The massage I didn’t know I needed as much as I did! After a crazy busy few weeks I went for an aromatherapy message. An efficient consultation followed by a bespoke blend of oils matched to my needs and a relaxing hour of massage. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!
