So not normal service. Let me be clear Nicky is amazing. FACT. So much so that my very sporty 11 year old has been struggling with knee pain, niggles and just affecting performance. Doctor said, it’s fine growing pains. Get a support. She does football, gymnastics, swimming, running and bike riding (+ what ever school offer). Rest is not an option. Nicky did an excellent assessment and was kid friendly throughout assessment, treatment and after care. She can take care of anyone in my family gladly. 🙂

I arrive achy and full of knots, I leave feeling revived and my back and shoulders are ready for the gym once more. Recently has a slight shoulder injury which Aimee sorted for me. Can't recommend her sports massages enough, especially if you strength train or have a strenuous job.

I’m not sure who looks forward to my appointments more, me or my skin!!! After 6 weeks without an appointment, my skin was dull and my make up free confidence had dulled as well! After my microneedling and dermaplane, my skin is glowing and I feel so much better and much more confident. Appointments with Sarah are always what you need them to be - it’s so nice to have a therapist who wants you to achieve your skin goals, and doesn’t recommend treatments that won’t get you there! Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!
