I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

I had the lymphatic drainage massage at perfect line. The massage was so relaxing and I felt revitalised afterwards, I would love to get them regularly in the future! Shanila was lovely and so polite and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole massage. I will be back!

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The gentle heat was deeply soothing without feeling overwhelming, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely reset. Everything was spotless and welcoming. I can’t wait to book again!

How was my visit? Wow, just so relaxing, Sarah does the most amazing treatments. The only downside is when she goes on holiday and I CAN’T have my monthly visit!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
