Visiting Aimee for a massage is a wonderful experience. I suffer chronic pain and restricted mobility, her help with a thorough massage is so beneficial. Aimee listens to how I am feeling and tailors my massage so I receive maximum benefit. I cannot recommend her enough. 5 stars is not enough!

I had the most wonderful massage experience from start to finish. Sarah was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. Excellent service, a calming atmosphere, and great attention to detail, including the thoughtful touch of being offered a complimentary bottle of water afterward and time to relax. Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. I arrive achy and full of knots, I leave feeling revived and my back and shoulders are ready for the gym once more. Recently has a slight shoulder injury which Aimee sorted for me. Can't recommend her sports massages enough, especially if you strength train or have a strenuous job.

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

Absolutely amazing. Full body massage was incredibly relaxing. This was my first time having a dermaplane facial and Sarah explained how it would feel and what she was going to do throughout. My skin feels incredible.

I felt relaxed and calm as soon as I arrived. 2 and a half hours of pure bliss and relaxation. Sarah worked wonders to relieve the tension in my back and leave me feeling de-stressed and tension free. The calming music and tasteful set up made the whole experience an absolute joy. I will be returning.
