I had the reset protocol. I'm not someone who normally goes for things like this but I thought I would give it a try and I'm glad I did. Will definitely be going again. I've not felt so relaxed in a long time!

What an amazing experience ☺️ from start to finish I was made to feel so welcome. I had the lymphatic drainage body and face massage which was so relaxing, followed by Reiki where I was deeply relaxed and felt like I was floating away. I went for a massage yesterday and left feeling completely refreshed! The massage therapist is amazing! She has an incredibly soft yet firm touch that made all the difference. The place has a cozy, calm atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away. Even with my injured shoulder, she was super careful and still managed to give me a fantastic massage without causing any pain. I felt so much better afterwards. Highly recommended!
