Beth did a great job of my LVL Lash lift and Brow Lamination. I have quite fine and sparse lashes and have always struggled to get them to look good but Beth made them look super lifted whilst still being natural! They look great Thank you

Perfection every time! Kate does my classic lashes regularly and is very thorough, the results are exactly how I want them, the salon has got a nice vibe to it, and she gives great advice along the way. Absolutely recommend!

It was my 2nd time at The House of Castellis and it was a lovely experience again. Jodie is an amazing stylist and so lovely and talks you through exactly what she is going to do and puts you at ease straight away❣️Will definitely be booking in for a full balayage in the next few months, lovely 10/10 experience xxxx

Would definitely recommend… Janet is absolutely brilliant. She takes her time, has excellent massage technique and really listens to how you like your treatment to be. The room is set up great, and feels all warm and cozy. You come out feeling relaxed and just wanting to go back again. I’m encouraging all of my family and friends to book in with Janet. So, if you are considering booking in with Janet. I can assure you, it won’t be a disappointment!!

After multiple different hairdressers had overbleached my hair or left me with an undesirable result, I FINALLY found Chelsea... she instantly put me at ease, set my expectations from the beginning, spoke in detail about how we can achieve what I want but still keeping my hair health. I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

I had a full body massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and supple afterwards. Janet is a professional masseuse who is a lovely person with a kind personality. She never rushes and takes her time giving a thorough massage. She uses quality products and targets problem areas as required. The salon is modern and has a happy atmosphere and very welcoming. The massage room is relaxing and warm, with a very comfy, large massage table and covers. My massage definitely made me feel relaxed mentally and physically. Definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls
