I can’t recommend Rio highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rio is professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. It was obvious that Rio genuinely cares about providing a high-quality treatment rather than just rushing through an appointment.

I’ve been doing sessions with Calvin nearly every week for sometime now .. and today’s visit was extremely productive, I came away with feeling more confident with movement , easy movement after a sports massage and come away with some homework and an exercise program to follow :) I feel very happy and can’t wait for our next session ! I always feel safe and comfortable when I visit Dave for a sports massage. He is fun and friendly, very kind and extremely knowledgeable and great at his job! He goes beyond 100% with his advice and support and I don't know what I would do without him!

Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Calvin managed to find the places causing me pain and worked on them very effectively. I feel looser and more relaxed and the twinge in my back seems to have gone as well so I’m more than happy with his service. He also gave me some useful exercises to help me further. Great job Calvin!

Dave is super knowledgeable, he was able to offer me loads of advice on how to treat my injury moving forwards. He is super generous with his time and absolutely spot on with his massage, he knows to find the sweet spot straight away. I always feel very comfortable when I go for a treatment

Initially I was so nervous never having a sports massage and meeting Calvin for the first time! I really didn’t need to worry Calvin was professional and instantly made me feel at ease!! I had a sports massage at home which was really handy and worked around my little one I felt in completely safe hands. Calvin explained everything and was very thorough I would highly recommend! 😊

I came to Dave with a trapped nerve and a lot of tension, and honestly, I couldn’t have been in better hands. He has such a grounded, calm energy and really tunes in to what your body needs. The pressure was perfect, and he worked carefully through the problem area until things started to ease. The whole experience was personal, professional, and deeply restorative. I’d recommend Dave to anyone dealing with pain or just needing to unwind!

Thad a great sports massage by Dave which left me wondering why l'd left it so long since my last one.
