Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

Had the most amazing Lift and Renew advanced facial today ,l have been to Paula before but this was next level blown away . So relaxing even in the warm temperatures! Definitely a fab experience feel so comfortable with Paula . She is amazing !

Jade's Head Spa was a real treat. Her venue is absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. The treatment is deeply relaxing and well worth the money. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and my hair smelled amazing! Thank you to the lovely Jade ❤️

Absolutely brilliant. Very last minute appointment. Was so relaxing and I was made to feel so welcome. I highly recommend and will deffo be back for different treatments. I am genuinely so grateful for the work Jamie has done. He has made it possible for me to move pain-free again, which is something I have not been able to say for far too long! I had lymphatic drainage for the first time today. It was amazing so relaxing and left feeling lighter and less puffy. As usual Samantha was brilliant ensuring the whole experience was comfortable and tailored for me.
