Fantastic massage 100% recommend. Megan tailored the massage to tackle my tight shoulders but also made sure the massage was relaxing too. You can really tell Megan is knowledgeable and thinks about all the small details which make a big impact.

I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Wow, Anna you excelled yourself, a beautiful evening of massages for myself and 3 daughters, we came in stressed after a hard week at work and left totally relaxed and floating on air. Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

This was my first time coming to Megan and from the very first message she was so helpful. She allowed me to combine two different massages as well as two techniques to provide the perfect relaxing experience tailored to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and works with you to make sure you get the best out of your session. Highly recommend.

Second visit to Alex today for help with my sore neck, old shoulder injury and arthritic knee. Alex’s treatment room is lovely and warm with relaxing background music playing. The treatment table was heated and scented beautifully with lemon balm. Alex skilfully targeted my problems areas and I felt the tension leave my muscles - I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Alex also carried out laser therapy on my arthritic knee - no pain since! I highly recommend Alex - truly a passionate, skilled and knowledgeable therapist.

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing. I highly recommend Cassie’s services to friends and family. Cassie even gave me a lemon water to take away, which was a lovely touch. I’ve already booked back in and can’t wait for my next massage! Honestly, I don’t think that there’s another massage therapist on this planet who could compare to the experience you receive with Sam, her aura is beautiful, the setting is so calming and tranquil and her massages are second to none.
