Today I had the Ume treatment and what an incredible experience! The most wonderful facial combined with a relaxing Japanese Head Spa. Jade is incredibly professional and so passionate about her business. You can really see how much thought, care and attention to detail has gone into every part of the experience, with the client’s comfort and relaxation at the heart of everything. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely looked after. I have honestly never felt so relaxed and completely pampered. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I will definitely be returning! 💖

My appointment today was great, Ella is very friendly, accommodating and professional. I had to take my son last minute and Ella was very good with him, made him feel comfortable and was chatting with him while I had my lashes done. I felt very relaxed there, my lashes turned out better than I was expecting, I let Ella do her thing and they are perfect, I will definitely be returning and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Ella for everything ❤️

Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

Jade's Head Spa was a real treat. Her venue is absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. I can’t believe how much difference one session with Jamie made after years of living with pain. His knowledge and techniques were incredible, and the strengthening advice he gave alongside the sports massage was so helpful. He made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout, while always being professional and respectful. Any future sports massage bookings will definitely be with Jamie. Highly recommend!

First time sports massage newbie, Jamie was very professional throughout the entire process of welcome, explanation of what to expect, sports massage itself, and aftercare/self help recommendations. The sports massage was very thorough and relaxing, and I left the session feeling a lot less tense than I had realised I actually was. Would certainly recommend Jamie, and will be returning again.

A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.

The ‘Sakura’ luxury head spa treatment was both enjoyable and relaxing. It was really interesting to see the improvement in my scalp health and I left feeling calm, relaxed and clear headed. The treatment room was a calm space with gentle music and lighting. Jade provided a warm welcome and was very knowledgable in explaining the treatment and process. Finished with an apple and elderflower herbal tea. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon
