I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. The products smelled gorgeous, and my hair has never been this soft. Jade’s massages were wonderful, and she talked me through the whole treatment and scalp analysis. Truly an amazing experience.

I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

Thank you for another wonderful sports massage and laser treatment on my injuries. Finishing with a relaxing abdominal massage. Perfect pressure and my aches and pains really do subside and I feel a million times better almost immediately. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

I had lymphatic drainage for the first time today. It was amazing so relaxing and left feeling lighter and less puffy. As usual Samantha was brilliant ensuring the whole experience was comfortable and tailored for me. Fantastic massage 100% recommend. Megan tailored the massage to tackle my tight shoulders but also made sure the massage was relaxing too. You can really tell Megan is knowledgeable and thinks about all the small details which make a big impact.

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!

A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.

On a wet and windy Saturday morning I was transported to south east Asia. With all the thoughtful tiny rituals the massage by Par was the best I've experienced for a very long time. I cannot recommend highly enough. My new favourite place for a relaxing but thorough massage. Thank you!🙏

The ‘Sakura’ luxury head spa treatment was both enjoyable and relaxing. It was really interesting to see the improvement in my scalp health and I left feeling calm, relaxed and clear headed. The treatment room was a calm space with gentle music and lighting. Jade provided a warm welcome and was very knowledgable in explaining the treatment and process. Finished with an apple and elderflower herbal tea. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon
